In this extremely difficult time, you take care of those who need help the most: you prepare food for refugees, collect clothes, medicines, work in social centers, provide support to people of all ages and from different cities. Along with caring for others, it is important to take care of your personal condition, both physical and psychological. Your work is energy consuming, and energy needs to be renewed.
That is why our team of psychologists from the Malteser Relief Service offers support groups where we can share our feelings, emotions and impressions in a safe environment. It is also a good opportunity to share your experience, get practical information on how to take care of your mental health.
Such meetings are important, because they can prevent burnout, which is accompanied by depression, fatigue, lack of motivation.
Currently, the meetings will be held online for our safety and for greater flexibility, twice a week, on Thursdays and Tuesdays from 18:00 to 19:30. The group is designed for up to 12 people. Apply, we will be glad to be with you!
